Are your products vegan friendly? 

All of our products are handmade by us using 100% natural ingredients. Our new  wax uses a blend of Coconut & Rapeseed oil (see our Wax page for more info) and we only use high quality fragrance and perfume oils. Neither ourselves or our suppliers use ingredients that are tested on animals.

Are your candles and other home fragrance collections made in England?
Absolutely! Everything is handmade and sourced from within the UK. We pride ourselves on supporting local, ethical and sustainable production as much as possible.

What oils do you use in your products?

We use a mixture of fragrance and perfume oils in all our products. We are completely transparent with materials and list these on our website alongside our products and each candle, diffuser and wax melt comes labeled with its ingredient list and product safety label (CLP).

Where do you make your candles and products? 

Each and every product you see in our online store is handmade by ourselves in our home in Clevedon, North Somerset. From imagination to pouring and labelling each product is handmade with our two hands. 

 How will you package my order? 

All of our products come packaged using absolutely zero plastic. Our boxes are responsibly sourced and we use starch based packing peanuts which can be washed away with warm water. You may even find scrunched up paper in your order to pad out the box which we will have reused from mail sent to ourselves. What we can assure you with is that all of the packaging materials can be recycled, reused or composted. 

Can you add gift wrap?

This is music to our ears, we would love to package your order up as gift.

You can add this option to your basket before checking out. We have a whole host of papers, boxes and ribbons which are ideal for gifting to that special someone. We will of course remove all the order details from the parcel. Please add a note to the order should you wish to include one and we can handwrite this for you on headed card.

How much is delivery?

Our prices for delivery in the UK start from just £2 and we calculate this based on the contents of your basket. All deliveries upwards of £4 will be tracked for added security and peace of mind.

Who do you use for deliveries? 

More often we will use Royal Mail, but occasionally we will use courier services such as Hermes.

What if I have a problem with my delivery?

Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any problems with your order and/or delivery. We are more than happy to step in and help if you have any difficulties.

When will my order arrive?

Our candles and diffusers are usually handmade to order so please allow up to 5 days before we dispatch or drop off your order. 

If you should need your order sooner please contact us and we can arrange some more delivery options.

Can I have a refund? 

Whilst we hope you will be more than happy with our candles, of course there may be times when you change your mind. If that's the case please get in touch within 14 days of purchase and we can provide a full refund once the item is returned to us in its resalable state. Please note that the return postage must be paid by yourselves and we accept no responsibility for damage during its return to us.

If you aren't happy with your candle for any other reason or you feel the candle is faulty please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss further.

Are we able to bulk-buy candles for an event or occasion?

We are a small team of two and we both work full time jobs alongside our little candle business so this might not always be possible, however we are always happy to discuss bulk orders for events and gifts.
